This document also provides management options for public consideration and comment. This addendum is being developed in cooperation with the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council (Council), which is developing a corresponding framework action. The public comment process will be conducted by the Commission, and comments received will be reviewed by both management bodies prior to final action.\n\n
